Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

Charges

• Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999.
• Below ₹999, a flat ₹79 standard shipping fee applies.
• Express delivery is available for ₹199 where serviceable.
• Cash on Delivery is available across India with a ₹49 handling fee.

Delivery timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Timelines are estimates and may vary during sales, public holidays or due to courier or weather delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track any order from the Track Order page using your order number and the email used at checkout.

Undelivered orders

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered (wrong address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept), we will contact you at velorhouse@gmail.com or +91 93367 91807 to arrange re-dispatch or a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
